Bets Dressed - Week 4 - Thursday Night Football Uniform Matchup and Player Props
Happy Thursday and welcome to Week 4. The Arctic Cowboys are back and bringing an aesthetic snow storm to the Big Apple. Let’s see if the Giants can withhold the barrage.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Snowball Fight in Central Park Bowl!
A quick note on methodology.
As always, I’m analyzing every NFL uniform matchup and picking a winner against the spread based on which team dresses best. And just because a team is ranked higher in the Uniform Wardrobe Power Rankings doesn’t mean it will automatically win the uniform matchup. It’s what you wear in the instant matchup that counts.
Looking back at Week 3.
6-10 on the week. 22-26 on the year. Excellent uniform slate but subpar results. Time to bounce back.

The Arctic Cowboy uniform is one of the best whiteout looks in the league. The stars on the shoulders are especially delightful and pay homage to their 1994 uniforms* from the NFL’s 75th Anniversary season. While the Giants always look sharp in blue-blue-white, Dallas gets the nod.
This is starting to feel like one of those years where only one NFC East team makes the playoffs. So if the Cowboys want to keep pace with the Eagles, they better snap to. And lucky for them - after two tough weeks against competent opponents - here come the Giants for a get-right game.
*Check out Week 17, Christmas Eve, 1994 for a similar uniform matchup to this one.

2-1 last week has us heading in the right direction. Let’s see if we can run the table to get back to .500 on the year.
Justin Fields - Over 175.5 Passing Yards
Coming off arguably his best game throwing the football as a pro, Fields is revealing what’s possible with the Steelers ceiling. If he keeps showing he can throw over the middle in this Arthur Smith offense, look out.
James Conner - Over 67.5 Rushing Yards
Cardinals got away from their run-first identity last week against the Lions. I expect them to return with a healthy dose of Conner. With Washington giving up 122 rushing yards per game this season, I like him to clear the number.
Joe Burrow - Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns
We’re approaching rock bottom for the 2024 Bengals. A loss to the Panthers and it’s all over. At the very least, Burrow should do his part to keep that from happening.
